"Will you really?" The faries asked Paige and Maria.
"Yes, we have to if we want to go home." Said the sisters at the same time.
"Oh thank you! We think we lost it deeper in the forest, by a big bee hive." Said the faries, their wings glittering.
"A big bee hive?" Paige said, eyes wide.
"Yes, it's deeper in the forest, behind us."
Paige and Maria look at each other, nervous.
"Oh, it's a golden glowing compass, and it will lead you home, the compass will lead you anywhere you want to go." The faires said.
"Alright... I guess we will go look." Maria said.
Paige and Maria walked deeper into the forest...

New What Happens Next? 
"What was that?" whispered Paige, looking around her anxiously, and clinging on to Marie. A twig snapped, and Paige flinched. Marie, being the more brave of the two, advanced further into the darkness of the woods. "Don't go!" pleaded Paige.
"Shh" whispered Marie.
"It might be dangerous!" Paige called after her.
Marie ignored her. She softly approached the bush that the laughter had come from. Wide eyed, Marie grew curious, and crouched behind a tree, spying. A dark sinister figure was emerging from behind the thick bushes. It seemed to float in the air, beckoning to her, beckoning for her to follow it. Marie considered it for a moment. Maybe it wouldn't hurt to... check it out...
Meanwhile, Paige was growing more and more worried by the minute. The musty smell of old oak trees was getting up her nose and made her want to sneeze, but she willed herself not to. A scream suddenly came from where Marie had ventured. "Marie!" Forgetting to be scared, Paige ran through the dark trees over crunchy leaves and forest debris to where her terrified sister crouched, hands over her eyes, teeth gritted. "Marie.." Paige looked over her shoulder.
"H-he w-was g-g-going to k-kill me, Paige! He h-had an axe!" Tears were rolling down Marie's hot cheeks. But nothing makes her cry! thought Paige. This was serious.
A faint tinkling sound came from somewhere. From all around them, tiny little glittering creatures with wings were peeping out from little hiding places. They were giggling quietly. "Uh.. Marie?"
Her sister looked up, her face still tear-stained. Her eyes widened, and she rubbed them fiercely. "Faries!"
One of the creatures flew towards them, bouncing in the air, on rose tinted wings. "We're sorry if we scared you, we just wanted somebody to play with."
"So.. so that was a trick?" asked Marie.
"Yes, we are very sorry." The faries all nodded in agreement.
"But we are all so lonely."
"We can help you, but please first tell us the way home."
The faries all shook their heads sadly. "You can't go home, we have lost our magic compass that points the way."
The sisters exchanged a worried glance, and Marie stood up. "We will find it, then." Said Marie. The faries all looked excited, and their beautiful wings glittered even in the poor sunlight.

Her mother called out the door, “Trisha, honey, it’s time for dinner.” “Ok mom, just one more minute,” she shouted back “I need to pick up my toys.” “Ok dear, but hurry up your dinner will get cold,” her mom said. Trisha collected the remainder of her toys and put them in the storage shed.
Trisha started to walk into the house when she saw a small woman sitting on a flower petal. “Wow,” she exclaimed as she bent down to pick her up. “Wait a minute young one,” the small woman said as Trisha grew closer. Trisha jumped back in surprise, “why?” The little woman said “because you can’t just pick up a fairy, we are very fragile” “Oh” Trisha said. The fairy flew up to Trisha’s face and smiled, “Do you want to play with me?” the fairy asked. “Sure!” Trisha said, “oh wait it is dinner time.” “That’s ok, come back after dinner. Just say Lei and I will come to you” the little fairy said.
Trisha rushed inside and ate her dinner hastily, when she finished she ran outside to play with Lei. “Lei, Lei” Trisha said loudly. “I’m here the” fairy said, “now come with me, we'll go play with my friends.”
